In my professional life I am a Product Director, and managing a 20-person IT team
turned out to be easier than putting one baby to sleep.
I used to think I could handle any chaos. But when my child was born, my planning skills
stopped working. Chronic sleep deprivation is exhausting. It is hard to stay calm and think about the
future when all you want is sleep.
I completed professional training and certification, studied infant sleep physiology and
American Academy of Pediatrics recommendations. I learned how melatonin and cortisol work, why overtiredness
happens, and how to safely teach a child to connect sleep cycles. First, I improved sleep in my own family
and brought back peaceful nights for us.
Now I use this knowledge to help other parents build routines and sleep with confidence.
